This blog is all about my love of Halloween. I'm not into gore, so don't expect to see a lot of that. Scarecrows are human-ish forms dressed in old clothes and stuffed with hay or straw and placed in gardens and fields to scare birds away from recently planted and newly sprouted fields.
They can also be an art form, as seen from the peeps on the Halloween Forum.
